Suggestions Format

I would love for everyone to follow this basic format to provide us with bare minimum information about the suggestion. This will allow us to read through and make our judgement faster.

Please only write out at most 2-3 sentences for each bullet point.

Also use the correct prefix for what the suggestion is for. Including the item name in the name would be helpful as well.
