    Article A - General Terms

    Article A.1 - Ban Types
    1. Using voice or text chat in a nonsensical or off-topic manner is not permitted. {B}
    2. Use of third-party software outside of the source engine is not permitted. {C}
    3. Any form of harassment in a demeaning manner is not permitted. {D}
    Article A.2 - Ban Types

    Soft Ban - Player is invisible to everyone, cannot speak, chat, spawn items or interact with entities, but however can be damaged.
    Hard Ban - The player is removed from their current server and cannot connect to any synergyst servers.
    Max Ban - The player is removed from their current server, cannot connect to any synergyst servers and recieves a 'Banned' flag on their forums account if applicable.
    Article B - Communications Spam

    Article B.1 - Definition

    The definition of 'spam' is any one of:
    • Outputting a large amount of text on purpose.
    • Outputting text that visibly spans more than 25 vertical lines
    • Outputting text or voicing sounds which are designed to irritate other players.
    Article B.2 - Consequences

    1st Offense - Warning
    2nd Offense - Gagged/Muted
    3rd Offense - 30 Minute Soft Ban
    4th Offense - 1 Month Hard Ban​

    Article C - Third Party Software

    Article C.1 - Definition

    The definition of 'Third Party Software' is anything which involves:
    • Software distributed by a party outside of the host (us) and the engine (ie: Valve Software & Facepunch Studios).
    • Software being used to circumvent security measures placed by us. {E}
    • Software being used to steal or hijack code. {E}
    • Software being used to cause your local client/server to act outside of it's intended purpose.
    Article C.2 - Consequences

    Upon detection of this software, your account will be immediately terminated on our database thus, preventing you from accessing our services.​

    Article D - Harassment

    This is self-explanatory.
    If whatever you say can cause someone shed a tear or breakdown, you're the one to blame.

    Article D.1 - Consequences

    Depending on the severity of the situation either of these may take place:
    • Account Termination
    • Vocal Gag
    • Textual Mute
    • Warnings
    • Gamesever Kick
    Article E - Lua Execution

    Article E.1 - Preface

    There is no reason to sabotage other's works, including software, system, and other things hosted on our servers.
    If for any reason your actions are sought out as an act of malice you will be held accountable for your actions.

    Article E.2 - Consequences

    Depending on the severity of the situation either of these may take place:
    • Account(s) Termination
    • Account Suspension until potential resolution
    • Legal action (ie: US federal law - 15 U.S. Code ยง 1681)
    Article F - Prop Spawning

    Article F.1 - Definition

    Spawning multiple items in a short time span with a purpose of the contribution to the destruction or excessive usage of system allocated resources will be considered an act of prop spamming.

    Article E.2 - Consequences

    Depending on the severity of the situation either of these may take place:
    • Player Warning
    • Administrator Issued "Soft-Ban"
    Article G - Spawn Killing

    Players are not allowed to kill other players in spawn

    Article G.1 - Spawn Boundries

    A player must take 4 full steps in a single direction or before being considered out of spawn.
    However, if a player fires a weapon, they are considered out of spawn.​
